Disney Plus won't go away

I don't subscribe to Disney Plus but the app keeps popping up on my screen and won't close. I removed the app from the Roku homepage. My device is only 3 or 4 months old. I tried live chat on Roku.com and the person I chatted with was absolutely useless. Hopefully I can find some help here

    In addition, can you also try using the Roku Mobile app, if your remote has a Disney+ button, and see if the problem persists?

    Do you have a Disney+ button on your remote?  It may be stuck or malfunctioning.
