Disney no abre en mi Hisense RokuTv

Since Wednesday, the Disney+ application does not open on my RokuTV, I click on the application, the Disney logo appears and the screen immediately turns black

Someone who can help me, I've already talked to support and even Disney and I don't know how to solve the problem. It's the only app that doesn't work .

    May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far to have this fixed? Have you tried removing and adding the app while restarting the device between each step? Also, some channels may require more internet than others; have you tried checking the network status on your device?
