disable wifi and bluetooth on streaming player

Can someone tell me if it’s possible to turn off the wifi and bluetooth functions on a Roku streaming player and, if so, what is the step-by-step procedure? The previous discussions on this topic are very confusing. Basically I want to connect to the internet with an ethernet cable and turn off all the RF radiation emitted by the streaming player (such as the Roku Ultra).
