My TV has HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and HDMI ARK. pressing my remote "TV Input" button shows that the input is Directv. I tried setting up Roku on all three HDMI inputs - nothing worked.
Given the "input" set to Directv, is there a way to connect?
Presumably you renamed one of your Inputs to "DirecTV". If so, just ignore that input and use a different one for Roku.

Also, have you thought about switching to a high-speed HDMI cable to see if that helps? To get a better idea of what's going on, try it out on a different TV to see if the issue happens there, too.
