DirectTV unable to connect

When choosing DirectTV, Roku will not take me there on my TV. I can get there through my laptop so it is obviously a TV issue. What do I do? All other apps work.

    Thanks for reaching out. To access the DirecTV app on the Roku TV, you would need to download the app here: Roku: DirecTV App

    Once downloaded, you can sign in with your DIRECTV account credentials to start streaming. 

    If you encounter any issues accessing your credentials, it is best to contact DirecTV support and get help.
