Direct tv ad shows up when turning on tv. Can't use remote.

When turning on tv, direct tv ad pops up immediately and won't allow me to go to home screen. Remote does not work on the ad screen. I am stuck there.

    1. Unplug your TV/Roku device from the power source for 1 minute.
    2. Re-plug the TV/Roku device into the power source and turn it on once more.

      this is not working.  It goes right back to Direct TV page.
