Difficulty raising volume using the remote on my roku TV.
It takes multiple attempts to raise the volume on my roku TV. Either nothing happens when you press the remote or the volume goes down. It eventually works but takes multiple tries.
Support sending a new remote, meanwhile using the mobile app.
