dialog box stays on screen all the time

I just installed a new Roku Ultra and everything went fine except there is a dialog box saying: (additional settings have been detected for the currently connected Roku. Select `accept` button and set it up to control the Roku with your magic remote faster without lagging. Do you want to set up universal control settings?) there`s also a decline and block button. This dialog block sits on top of the screen and cannot be manipulated with the remote. I`ve tried all the re-sets and un-plugging multiple times and it just keeps coming back.
