device will not connect to xfinity internet

just switched provider, everything else works but the roku getting error 104.40

switched from t-mobile and before that fios and had no issue with connecting with either. have reset both xfinity router and roku box a few times and still no connection. network is showing up when scanned and pushing connect button on router (ASUS) DOESN'T HELP.

    Thanks for the post.

    Since your internet service provider is Comcast, we recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue.

    Please keep us posted what you find out.
