Deleted app keeps reappearing

I ended my MGM subscription a couple months ago. I deleted the app on my.Roku TV and it keeps reappearing. I've gone to my device settings on my mobile Roku app and it is not there. Help?

    We acknowledge your concern about the deleted apps or channels that keep appearing on your home screen. We're happy to assist you.

    Applications are linked to your Roku account rather than a specific Roku device. An app will be added or removed from all devices connected to the same Roku account if you make changes to one. So, do you own more than one Roku device? Do you recognize the email address that appears under Settings->System->About, or is it someone else's?

      There is only one Roku account in my home. One tv and one mobile app on the same account.
