Defective voice Remote one button fails

I purchased a Roku player and remote. Eventually the remote wore out. I replaced it with a new one purchased directly from Roku. After a little over three months the new voice remote is not working. The right arrow button does not function reliably. It has to be pressed dozens of times to work. How can I get Roku to replace it?

It (reprogramming) did not help.  One still has to press the right arrow button multiple times and push hard to get it to work. I doubt it is a software issue.  I think it is the physical contact inside the remote.
