Default Input Options on Start Up for TVs

Hello, 

I work at an assisted living facility and we use primarily Roku devices on tv brands like Onn, Hisense, and Phillips. I was wondering if the settings allow for the tvs to automatically go to the cable/antenna input when the tv is turned on? I can’t seem to find where to configure that if so.
