Those so-called “quick shortcut” buttons let you jump to streamers such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video with a single button push—convenient if you happen to subscribe to those services. If you can't see any labels on the "quick shortcut" buttons, we suggest that you might need to return the Roku remote and seek a replacement.
