Control TV Volume and Roku Premiere With One Remote

Is there any way to use one remote to control TV Volume on Samsung UN40H5500AF Smart TV and Roku Premiere? This is an older model smart tv that has a limited amount of apps that can be downloaded through Samsung. Thank you!

Either of the Voice Remotes should be able to control the volume of your TV. I have an old Samsung and a Voice Remote Pro and it works.https://www.roku.com/products/accessories
