Hello! Bfagan94,
Thank you for your post in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you contacting us regarding the disappearance of the Continue Watching, Save List, and Search History. We're happy to assist you.
Is this the first time you have experienced this issue? When did the problem start?
A system restart is the least invasive reset method. Follow the instructions below to perform a system restart from the Settings menu.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to regular operation after a moment.
If the issue persists, we would be more than happy to look further into this issue,e but we will need more detailed information. Can you please provide us with the following information:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.
In the meantime, your patience and understanding is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Arjiemar- PompeyRoku Guru

Mine just came back .........
Hello- I have a show I am currently watching on my Roku app on my phone. I just went and turned my tv on to continue to watch and it doesn’t have the show in my saved list- continue to watch and even find the show. It is super frustrating. I don’t have a systems place to go to do a restart so what else can I do- I want to be able and should be able to watch on my tv

Was working just fine this morning then all of a sudden during the afternoon I went to play another YouTube video but when tring to find it I noticed the Search history and all other options on the menu tool bar dissappeared. I am signed into the correct account and no restarting did NOT fix anything meaning, that's properly not the cause/fix of the problem. Not sure yet due to this just happened and am currently looking more into this issue deeper.
