Connecting to WiFi correct password

Hello, I have issues setting up my TV. The signal is excellent and all of my other devices are connected. I have verified that my password is correct and have unplugged and replugged the TV and restarted it. I am still getting the error code 014.40. Any suggestions for what to do next? Thanks!
