Connecting ROKU to a projector

I am trying to set up my ROKU streaming stick with a new YECTOR projector.

When I put he ROKU streaming stick into the projector HDMI port it is defaulting to 'There is a problem setting the TV to a better picture quality', page.

Pressing Continue only takes me to the 'Identify TV type', which of course is not what I am looking for.

How do I unfreeze this default page?

I have tried resetting my YECTOR to factory settings to no avail.

    It sounds like the projector is not properly talking to the Roku about it's HDMI capabilities. The Roku is probably defaulting to 720p/stereo. I'd think the "Identify TV Type" should let you choose the proper settings for your projector. Or are you having issues with the locking up on that screen?
