I am looking to purchase a second TV to match my 65S421. I need the to match because they will be hung side by side. Do these two match? What other models have the same dimensions and Frame measurements?

The model numbers unfortunately don't tell us anything. What is the brand name of the TV you're trying to match? If you're wanting to keep them looking as close to identical as possible, sticking with the same brand is probably a good first step.
