Channles keep disappearing

My apps on my roku tv keep disappearing I download CBS on my tv and I can not find it I have to go to streaming store to open the app if thir are any fixes you know about pls let me know

    We'd like to help you understand this case better. Could you share a bit of information about this? When you say disappearing is this happening to all the channels installed on your Roku TV? Have you applied any troubleshooting to help get with this, and what didn't work?
