Channels uninstalling themselves?

Been a roku user for years, and never had this happen. On all the devices in our house, three channels just disappeared from our devices. I was able to reinstall them all, but I'd like some idea of why they just "went way" one day

    Let's troubleshoot the issue to resolve it. Follow the steps below:

    System restart

    To restart your Roku TV, press the Home button on your remote. Then go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

    Once it restarts, you can check for improvements.
