Channels changing on their own

Hello, I have a small roku box.  It has recently started changing channels and/or moving around kn the screen on its own.  We have tried different remotes, and we have tried resetting and updating the roku box.  What could cause this to happen? And how do I get it to stop?

    We want to investigate this issue you had with the Roku remote further. Can you please provide us with the following information below?

    • Have you tried to check if there was a stuck button on the physical Roku remote?
    • May we know what kind of Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
    • Try to use the Roku mobile app and see if the problem still persists.
