Channel guide not scrolling

The channel guide on my Roku tv does not scroll. That is the problem. It doesn't scroll. I've done the reset, unplug and everything else the experts on Google have suggested. My channel guide does not scroll. Does anyone know how to fix a channel guide that does not scroll. I use the app, in case that makes a difference. If you don't know the answer, please don't respond. Thank you.
