Can't update please set up your network connection and try again

They won't let me update.I push setting buttons on my roku remote.I won't do nothing.Nothing works.Ex, only the power button will turn it off or other buttons.Not working can update by remote or ...

That "Not connected" message in the upper right corner of your screen indicates that you don't have an Internet connection.  What happens when you go through the procedure under Settings->Network->Set up connection?
