Can't mirror Samsung S20 screen on Roku Premiere 3920RW using Smart View

I have the same issue, same Roku model. AirPlay works just fine. Mirroring using Windows or Android (Sansung Smartview), does no work on my Roky Premiere. Mirroring works fine with my Sansung TV (Windows, Android or Airplay), on the same network.

      Dear RokuTakashi

Already tried all of these, but, mirroring with AirPlay works just fine. But with Windows or Samsung (S20 and S23) don't.

      Thanks for your reply.

I can't mirror my Samsung S9 to Roku anymore.  This started in the last couple of weeks.  I tried the suggested problem solving with Roku settings, and it didn't help.

      Hi sammy15,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community for assistance today!

We understand that you're unable to connect to the Screen mirroring using your Samsung mobile device, and we'd like to investigate more about this. Could you please provide your Roku device information, such as Device ID, Serial Number, and Model Number? All these can be found in Settings > System > About.

In addition, we'd like to know what is the OS version of your mobile device, and if you are using an app to connect to the screen mirroring? If so, what app is it?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

      All the best,
      Kash
