I need to enter a password using the remote. All-caps is selected and I can't un-select it to get lower-case letters. I've selected the feature, but when I hit OK, nothing happens. If I hit the asterisk (*), I get all-caps. All other features on the tv's keyboard do what they're supposed to do. Any ideas?

For future reference, you may also install the Roku mobile app as an alternative to your physical Roku remote. Using its keyboard may make things much easier for you. The Remote feature of the mobile app allows you to use your phone or tablet as a Roku remote.
