Please answer the following questions so we can get a better understanding of what you are seeing -
- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to?
- The Roku Express is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.
- Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?
- Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?
- How long have you been experiencing this problem? - Are you being prompted with an error message?I would recommend checking out our Support page for troubleshooting issues here: How to connect your Roku streaming device to the internet using Wi-Fi
Regards,
Karla- JaniNewbieRestarting your modem and router should be the first thing you do when encountering an internet signal issue. Don't skip this step! This is almost always what tech support will ask you to try first, as it often solves the problem. To restart your equipment, unplug the power cable for 60 seconds and plug it back in. #https://nofars.com/

Hi! Yes I’ve tried everything I could think of even factory reseting the device multiple times and it still just won’t connect to wifi. It won’t even pick up any signals in my neighborhood

Maddisonfarmer, does it display any Wi-Fi to connect to? If not, is the MAC address displayed under Settings->Network->About all zeros?
