Bought a new voice remote pro to go with my Roku TV.
No channel change buttons on it. OK, then I must be able to change channel with my voice.
"Tune to BBC1" or "BBC1" or "channel 1" simply re-open the live TV app and don't change channel.
"Channel up" and "channel down" work fine but are not effective if I want to jump a bunch of channels.
Is there a bug here or just a poor product?

Thank you for the stock response, but per my original message commands like "tune to BBC1" (which are in the linked article) do not work. That command re-opens the live TV app on the current channel, without changing the channel (e.g. if I'm on channel 4 and say "tune to BBC1" or "tune to channel 1" the TV app re-opens on channel 4).
It seems that Roku voice control is not aware of UK TV channel names?
