Can't change my email address on the TV anybody know how to do that

    Please note that changing the email address or Roku account associated with your Roku device or TV will require a factory reset. When you initiate a factory reset, your device will return to its original settings, effectively wiping any saved information.

    After the reset, you'll need to go through the setup process from the beginning, which includes reactivating your device and linking it to your new account. Make sure you’re prepared to complete these steps to ensure a smooth transition.

    Here are the steps on how to factory reset your Roku device/TV:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Advanced System settings
    5. Select Factory reset
    6. If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything.

    Tegga17-

    The email address shown via Settings > System > About is the address you associated with your Roku account when you set it up, or subsequently changed it.

    Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using that email address as your username.  You can update your email address under "Account info".   Once confirmed, this will change the address shown via Settings > System > About and will become your username used for logging into your account.
