Samsung Smart View is for Samsung TV's.  Try downloading the Roku app, that should allow you to use your phone with your Roku TV.

    Not true. I've never had a Roku app on any phone, and have always been able to mirror my screen. Now, all of a sudden, it just doesn't work. However, every other phone on the street appears on my phone.

    Not true. I've always been able to use Smart view with my Samsung phone to my Roku Ultra.  It just recently stopped working it is telling me there's no network connection and Roku cast won't work
