Cannot link Alexa and Roku TV.

After clicking "enable skill" in the alexa app, my phone loads the Roku page, however it encounters a fault and results in an infinite loop, loading one page, then the next, back to the first over and over.

It won't even let me press anything to stop the loop, I have to just back out and cancel the link entirely.
