cannot access my home screen apps cursor goes to far right screen corner only

hello, I need assistance I cannot access my home screen apps cursor only moves to the far right but nothing on that app oks either, have tried the fixes posted, new batteries, updates, even a factory reset. nothing has worked, I have various Roku devices, the two older sticks are the ones giving me the same problem.

    The current Roku software version is 14.1, and your Roku device is not running the latest Roku software. I recommend you to update it to see improvements.

    Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

    1. Press Home 
       
       on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    Note: If your Roku device says it's running the latest software version at 11.0, it's likely that your Roku device is no longer supported by newer updates.
