I'm guessing that like a lot of things, that setting is tied to the Roku account and not the Roku device. You could always link the devices to different Roku accounts, but that has some drawbacks (like any subscription you have through Roku is also tied to the Roku account). I'd tag a moderator, but they'd probably just direct you to this:
How to use Photo Streams on your RokuĀ® streaming device | Official Roku Support
That page doesn't really answer the question, but it certainly looks like the setting should be per device. Under your Roku account, you can only enable/disable Photo Streams, so that also makes me think the albums viewed are tied to the Roku account and not the device.

Apparently you can only use separate photo streams on each device if they are on different accounts and different email addresses. It is such a stupid design and defeats the purpose if I have to load the photos on each account.
It would be much more practical to allow profiles to be set up or some way that you can specify a particular photo stream to each device. Not everyone in a household wants to see the same photos.

Glad to see you here in the Roku Community, trinamick!
You've made a good suggestion! Using separate photo streams on a single Roku account on your Roku TV can be really convenient and useful, too!
No worries; we'll forward this to the appropriate Roku team. We appreciate your ideas and care about your experience.
If you need further help, please let us know, and we'll assist you further.
Thanks,

Thank you RokuEmmanuel-D! I hope that Roku can set it to each TV rather than the account for streaming different photos on different devices soon.
