  I read the article, and said nothing about how to fix this problem! How can I get my tcl roku tv to update?

    What error messages/codes are you seeing on your screen when trying to update the Roku TV?
    
    Are you connected via Wireless or Wired Internet?
    
    Are you trying to manually update the TV or does an update prompt appear but will not successfully update?
    
    Could you send us a photo of the exact behavior of it?
