Can I still configure to stream 4K or do I need to return the 4k stick?

I've just bought the Roku streaming stick 4K for my 4K TV

During setup it says it can't connect at 4K and sent me to this page which suggests I need HDMI 2.0.

I have 4 HDMI sockets on my brand new TV and they'll all be HDMI 2.0 or greater.
Can I still configure to stream 4K or do I need to return the 4k stick?

Solved for anyone with same problem:
My TV has individual settings for all HDMI ports, I simply changed one to 4K Dolby vision and the Roku recognised it straight away, and that is reflected in the "display type" settings. All good 👍😁

I've since found a 4K setting for the HDMI socket on my TV that is now switched on, will the Roku stick automatically recognise that or will I have to reset back to factory?
