Can’t reconnect Roku because physical remote with purchase was broken
When I got my roku the remote was broken but I never reached out to have it replaced because I downloaded the app. Now I have a new internet connection, but according to the responses on this forum I can’t reconnect my Roku to the internet without a physical remote. There is no contact number on the website so I can’t speak to anyone, but I am not sure how to get this resolved.

It looks like you're on a new network and unable to connect your Roku device due to not having the physical remote. That's correct—connecting your Roku device to a new network requires a physical remote. Also, both the Roku device and the Roku mobile app must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
