Can’t get all channel lineup

When i go to all channels on my Smart Roku TV side bar, i get channels in the 1O0, 200, 300 range and such.  I have tried to get back to my channel lineup to no avail. I just want 2.1 through 99.1.  Is there a way to get back to my basic channels? Thanks much.

    Thanks for reaching out, and could you tell us more about this? Have you tried performing a rescan and see if there are any differences?

    Does a system restart help?
