Brand New TCL Roku 75" Tv states out of storage

We Bought a new TCL Roku TV yesterday. We signed into our account and it states it cant add Netflix due to no space available. I dont see how thats possible when my other TV has more Apps downloaded. I tried to delete apps and it still wont let me download Netflix. 

 

My Apple Airplay isnt working either.

    Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
