Brand New 2023 Roku Select Audio Blown Out

Hello! I just paid for a brand new Roku Select Series TV for the audio to be extremely distorted and blown out, as if I’ve blasted music on it for years. Watching anything is almost unbearable. It sounds like someone is recording the audio on their phone and then trying to play it through the TV’s speakers. We have tried adjusting every setting and unplugging the TV. Nothing is fixing it. Please help!

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'd be happy to help you determine its cause and find you the best resolution possible.

    In this case, we will coordinate this with the appropriate team for additional reinforcement. With this being said, kindly provide us with the necessary details such as:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
