Bought new onn tv but it wont turn on red light solid

Just bought brand new onn roku tv and i plug it in red light turns on i push the button... Nothing. Hit power on the remote... Nothing. User manual... Nothing please help

    This seems like a hardware issue on your Roku TV. Since the brand of your TV is Onn, it might be best to contact their support directly and inquire further about this issue so it can be addressed. TV manufacturers provide direct support with their TV models.

    Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!

    Congratulations on your brand new Roku TV, and we'd like to assist you with this. May we know how are you powering your TV? Is is through a power strip or directly to a power outlet? Also, are you seeing any display on the Roku screen or just blank? 

    We recommend trying another power source to see if your Roku TV loads up.

      Ok so the tv turns on but not on command. Turned itself on in the middle of the night turnes it back off. Had the same problem in the morning turned on at a random time after trying to turn it on. Worked for a few minutes. Then came back a few hours later to try again. Same problem.
