Hi TAL55,
Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
We understand you're having trouble with your Roku TV since it will not connect to your home network. We're happy to assist you, but we will need to gather more details. Can you please provide the following information below?- How many devices do you have connected to your network right now? (e.g., TV, mobile phone, laptops, computer)
- How are you trying to connect to your network? Is it via a wired or wireless connection?
- Did we recently make any changes to your network or network provider?
- How far is your device from your network router?
- Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
With detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
John

Hi, the TV is 34 days new. It is connected to wireless modem which is about 3 feet away with nothing in the way. We have 2 smart phones and laptop and tv in bedroom with a roku stick. Nothing else is affected when the new TV drops connection. Even roku stick in bedroom works fine. I think this is a problem with the TV and wifi connectivity in the TV, as I see from blogs there are a lot of people with this issue. When I unplug tv and plug back in it then connects. Stays on for maybe hour or so then drops it again. I then have to unplug again. This is ridiculous to have to constantly do this.

Also it is not both TV's unable to connect to internet. Its only the new TV (brand is roku tv) and it connects and then drops connection after using it for an hour or so. Sometimes longer sometimes shorter time frame.
