Blank screen when streaming on Roku Plus Series TV

I am having a similar problem on a brand new Roku Plus Series LCD TV, Model 6SR6C7. Prime Video launches properly, lets me select a profile, and brings up the main menu. But, when I select a program and hit Play, I get a blank screen. I tried all the recommended fixes to no avail.

This sequence also occurs when I access Live Streaming on the Roku channel.

    Playback issues seem to have been interrupting your streaming with your new Roku Plus Series TV, and we'd like to know more about it. 

    Could you share if this is only happening on Prime Video or on all apps? Also, can you share the specific troubleshooting you did so we can help in narrowing things down?
