Blank Roku menu on Roku Select tv, internet is fine, can get Netflix, powered on & off.
All of a sudden my Roku menu is blank on my Roku Select TV purchased last year. I can get Netflix using the button on my remote. I powered on & off, I reset my modem - still nothing but a blank Roku screen. I cannot move around AT ALL with my remote. I really do not want to do a factory reset & lose all my apps. Any suggestions, Roku? Is this a Roku issue that Roku is aware of affecting other customers? Possibly caused by an update? I see this has happened in the past but nothing I tried short of a factory reset has helped at all. Any help would be appreciated!
PS - I have another non-Roku tv with a Roku stick & that is working fine. So this problem is specific to the Roku brand television.
Yes. Technical support called & they can't fix it either. Tv needs replacement.
