Black screen with sound

I know a lot of folks have complained of the "I have sound but the screen is black" syndrome. I have a slight bit of variation of that on my five-year old TCL ROKU set. There's the channels I get by antenna and then there's those Roku FAST channels (weather network, CBS News, etc.) that are part of the channel lineup. When I go from the antenna channels to the FAST stream it goes black with sound. Turn the set off and everything is normal. Then going from the stream to antenna stations...back to black with sound. Turn off and then on...back to normal. I've done the power purge, disconnects, ya-da and it's not fixing things.

    Restart your Roku TV by going to Settings > System > Power. If the Power submenu isn’t available, select System restart instead. After restarting, try accessing the channels again. If the issue continues, please contact the TV manufacturer for further assistance [here].
