Does this happen when you're trying to stream a specific channel? Whenever this issue occurs, are you still hearing audio on your TV? If so, we suggest you unplug your TV for 5-10 minutes then plug it back in.
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
