Bix keeps freezing since lady update never used to before. Has now become unusable.

Cannot watch any channels without my box freezing on me! This is not what I pay for. A service that becomes increasingly unreliable. 

Seriously considering just getting rid of this piece of junk!

    1. When attempting to access a certain channel, was it kicking back to the home screen?
    2. Have you tried restarting your router?
    3. Could you specify what Roku device is this?

    To check for improvements, we recommend connecting your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot.
