Battery indicator STILL an issue

I mean, JFC, I've been reading about this issue of over three years.  And I STILL fight with my remote EVERY time I use it.  Battery indicator on - can't change channels, EVERY FREAKING TIME I use it.  

Where are all the "tech geniuses" to fix this??  It is the most annoying thing I've every experienced watching TV.  I will NOT purchase another Roku product until this gets resolved.  

Also, while I'm on my soapbox...Where the F**K is the customer service?????  A Roku "Community"????  GTFOH with that BS.
