Batteries drain fast for Ultra LT. I have provided the model and serial numbers. Please fix.

 I purchased the Ultra LT with remote recently from Walmart.  I have provided the model numbers, serial number and firmware version.  Please let me know if you require further information.  Will a new remote be sent to me?  I hope the problem is solved soon.  Thanks.
