Audio stuck at playing max volume at each volume level

My Roku tv is stuck playing at max volume no matter if I set the volume to 1 or 100. I couldn’t find anything in the settings that seemed to make sense on what to change so I’m coming here for help. Does anyone know why it’s doing this?

Can you please check on your Roku remote to see if there is a stuck button that you're seeing? Have you tried performing a system restart on your Roku TV by going to settings, system, power, and system restart? Is this happening on all contents and channels, or is it isolated? (Specify)

    We appreciate the additional details and the steps you took to resolve the issue.

    To confirm, does the issue only occur on a specific channel while streaming or all the channels installed on your Roku device? Also, have you ensured that your Roku remote's UP button is not stuck?

    For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend restarting your TCL Roku TV from the settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Powersubmenu, skip to the next step).

      Hi my tv suddenly started doing the same exact thing!!! There are no obstructions, the remote has / had/ and does not work to control the volume at all!!!  Please provide a remedy as this seem like a tv defect tvs are too expensive for this inconvenience
