As a suggestion, please separate the up and down buttons for volume.

Please have separate buttons for the volume. Half the time the down button won't work, even when pointing directly at the box. I have to press and press it, it may go down a notch or 2, then stops, while I'm still pressing it, and with individual presses. I've had a Roku tv and remote for years that didn't have this issue, but this one does. Separating the buttons would fix this, I think. It's so frustrating.
