Are roku voice remote pro repairs free if it isn't ur fault
My roku remote works for like 2 sec until I hit it on the back probably knocking the battery into place so I think the battery is loose and the voice feature isn't working at all I've tried to reset ...

Before we proceed, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more specific information, such as:- Is this the remote that came with your Roku Device, or was this purchased separately?
- What Roku device is paired with the remote? May we have the serial number, please?
- When did it start having problems pairing?
- Are there any lights on your remote or device when you try to press random buttons or the pairing button?
In the meantime, we also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again. For reference, here's the support article dedicated to this: How to fix your Roku voice remote.
